What to Expect

The First Stride Program is an 8-week, beginner-friendly journey designed to take you from walking to confidently running your first 5km.

You’ll be supported by experienced run and wellness coaches who will meet you where you are and guide you forward safely.

❋ This program is for you if:
  • You want to run but do not know where to start

  • You feel intimidated by traditional run clubs

  • You worry about injury, pace, or keeping up

  • You are returning to running after time away

  • You want structure, coaching, and accountability

  • You prefer progress over pressure

Over 8 weeks, you will follow a clear, fully programmed weekly training plan supported by expert coaches and a small group environment. Each week includes three types of runs so you build skill, confidence, and independence.

This is where independence and habits are formed.

Each Sunday evening, you are invited to a 30-minute live group call focused on the wellness side of running.
